I need a home and someone to love me

Wilson's Story: I'm learning so much about life now. I love other dogs and ignore cats but I really hadn't known how nice people were before coming to rescue. The rescue thinks I just didn't get a lot of socialization in my younger days. Now I'm shy around people. I'm becoming more trusting every day. I watch the other dogs and see how much they like getting attention so I'm becoming a brave boy and sometimes ask for love, too. I may need another dog in my new home. Oh, it's so nice to be patted. I'm crate trained and I'm working hard on becoming housetrained. I love to retrieve and to play with all sorts of toys. I'm about five months old and am a Golden Retriever.
