"Since I was born! I Think!" She said to him. She didn't know if she was born there or not, her parents never told her. "Do you like reading?" She asked him after.

Talan was shocked when he heard how long she had lived there, he hadn't lived in one place for more than four years at a time He shrugged in reply to her question. I don't know, I don't mind it, but I don't just read all the time. What about you? He asked her, not being able to think of another question.

Leah shook her head "Me either, I only read books when I'm forced too!" She said to him watching the clouds pass by until a heart shaped one passed "Ohh Look" She said pointing to it "A Heart shaped cloud!" She said to him smiling.

Talan looked up to where she was pointing, but just saw another cloud. Where? He asked confused, continuing to search for the cloud.

"Over ther!" She pointing to the cloud. She then took his hand and pointed "Follow your finger!" She said pointing.

Talan shook his head in frustration. I'm trying, but I don't see the heart! He said moving his finger around fast in the sky and then bringing it down to his side and turning his head to Leah. I'd rather look at you anyway. He said with a smirk.

Leah looked at him and smiled "You really are awesome!" She said to him as she bring her hand to rub his cheek.

Talan wrapped his arms around her and pulled her closer to him. You're much more awesome-r! He said with a small laugh and rubbed her arms with his hands, looking up to the sky, and finally seeing the heart cloud. I see it! He said with a little bit of excitement.

Leah put her head on his chest and smiled as she closed her eyes hearing his heartbeat. Then she looked up to see the coud again. "Beautiful isn't she?" She asked him.

Talan laughed at the fact that Leah gave the cloud a gender, but then just shrugged it off. Yeah, beautiful He said taking a deep sigh.

Leah looked to Tlan trying to figure out a new question to ask him. "Favorite Video Game?" She asked after thinking for a couple of seconds.

This might sound really weird, coming from a guy and all, but I don't have one, I don't play many video games. He said with a shrug, he tried to think of another question to ask her as a flock of birds flew above them and a strong gust of wind blew the flowers around them and drowned them in fresh air. Your favorite kind of music?

Leah laughed "Really? Yeah, that is wierd because every guy i met until now or talked to spend our talking about Video games!" She said looking up to the blue sky as was now could free. "Pop or Pop/Rock, Can't choose!" She answered.

Talan shrugged. What can I say, I'm not like most guys... He said with a smile. Pop Rock? He thought to himself, Interesting. What is your favorite animal? He asked, trying to find out what more they had in common.

Leah nodded "I know you aren't!" She said. As he asked her another questiong she put her index finger to cover his lips "It's my turn to ask!" She said giggling "But since you already asked I'm going to answer. Dolphins!" She added. She looked to him "Now, i get to ask you two questions!" She said thinking about the questions. "Any siblings? Favorite brand of clothes?" She asked then.

Talan smiled and kissed her finger, as he thought about the answers to her questions. First answer, I have an older brother, who is married, and has a son, so I have a nephew and sister in law, and to the second question, on me? I don't really care, whatever I can be comfortable in I guess. He said with a smile, while thinking about her answer. Dolphins, huh? You ever been to the ocean? He asked her curiously. Have you ever seen a dolphin in real life?

"You're and uncle, cool." She said to him smiling. She nodded, she loved dolphins, she didn't know excatly why but she did. "Yeah i have. My father took me one day to the ocean so i could see it and there were some dolphins jumping out of the water. I just thought they were beautiful!" She said daydreaming about that day.

[Caity Greene]

Talan nodded. Yeah, he's a great little dude and a lot of fun to hang out with. He said thinking of when he taught him to play basketball, and lifted him up so he could score his first, illegal, slam dunk. His name was Jamie, and when he was with him was really the only time he played video games. Talan listened to her tell him about seeing the dolphins with her father. You ever swim with 'em? He asked, remembering when he had gone to the Bahamas on spring vacation once with Courtney, they had done the whole swimming with dolphins experience, and scuba diving, and dining on a pirate ship. He smiled at the memories, but then the smile faded.

Leah shook her head "No, I couldn't swim with them!" She said a little sad. As she remembered that her father did. She just didn't went because she was oo young to. She then looked to him and saw his smile "What are you smiling at?" She asked curiously but then it faded, making her smile fade too.

Talan made himself snap out of it. Um, nothing... Just the past. He said shrugging, shaking off the memory from his mind. The past was the past, and there was nothing he could do to change it, no matter how much he had wanted to. Now he was with Leah, in Greenspring, and he was having a great time. He needed to forget about his life in Colorado, it would never be his life again.
