Megan shook her head. None. She said and sighed a little bit and looked down at her fingernails on the table. I did until I moved here... She said, thinking about how they had promised each other that everything would work out. That even though she's moving everything will be ok. Turned out he had cheated on her the day after she left. Her eyes began to water but she held back.

Caity watched Megan, she seemed as if she was a little upset about it, but she figured she didn't really know her all that well enough to ask her about it. I'm sorry. She said, not really knowing what else to say. Are you glad you guys moved here? Or do you want to go back? She asked curiously, hoping to sort of change the subject. She figured Brian probably didn't want to talk to her about his girlfriends or whatever, so, why ask?

Brian chuckled a little when Caity asked the question. He looked at Megan who was too lost in her memories to answer. So he looked back at Caity. I love the change. He said with a smile, thinking that he loved it because there were new people and new places to see. This wasn't quite the place he had in mind but he had found a girl anyways. No questions asked. Megan looked up and smiled. She gave a weak nod.

Caity smiled. Well, that's good! She said to Brian with a little bit of excitement in her voice. Not everyone she had met was doing so well with the adjustment to the small town, so she was glad to meet someone who enjoyed it as she did. As she turned her attention to Megan, she wasn't really quite sure of what to make of the look on her face, not sure if she was upset, happy, not quite sure what to ask or say.

Brian looked at Megan the same time Caity did. Megan looked up and grinned a little. She began to stand up and wiped the rest of the crumbs from the table onto the floor. She looked at Caity apologetically. Well this was fun. She said with a smile and grabbed her purse. But I need to go check on the horses and Tango is still in the car. She said. Brian looked at her then back at Caity. He stood as well. Megan was his only ride for now.

Caity nodded and stood as well. Oh, yeah, I need to get home to Yankee She said, feeling stupid that she had forgotten about him. All she could do now was hope that he didn't tear up his bed and anything else he could get his paws on. She wanted to say sorry to Megan, if she had caused to bring up any bad memories or anything, but didn't really know what to say, so she gave a weak smile to Brian and Megan and walked across to the door of the ice cream parlor, throwing away her trash as she passed the trash can.

Brian placed his hand around Megan's shoulder and walked out the door with her. He waved at Caity with a smile and decided he would drive back home. Megan got in the passenger seat. Bye Caity! Let's do this again sometime! She said

Caity waved with a smile. Alright! Sounds good to me! She said climbing into her car and turning on the radio, Austin was playing on the radio and she started singing along, she loved this song. She waved goodbye again to Brian and Megan and drove in the direction of her home and Yankee. Hoping that he didn't tear up too much.
